1. Peel and slice
The shell of garlic will be separated, then it will be put into the slicer machine to have the garlic slices of uniform thickness.
2. Mix raw materials
We will mix garlic slices with corn flour, wheat flour to increase the aroma and crispness.
3. Garlic is fried
We put the well-mixed garlic into frying oil with the right temperature.
Then all fried garlic is put into the hydraulic centrifuge to remove excess oil.
4. Fried Garlic
Fried garlic is cooled and packaged.
